How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders placed by 3 p.m. will be delivered as early as the next business day between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. Same-day delivery is also possible upon request.
How much Does Shipping Cost?
Our shipping service costs CHF 22.50 per order. Shipping is free from CHF 133.– – valid for online orders.

Can I Have Roses Delivered to My Home?
Of course. When you send flowers, you can specify your own address or any delivery address when ordering.
Can I Have Roses Sent to Someone's Home?
Yes – that’s our specialty. Simply enter the recipient’s address at check-out.

Of course! Valentine’s Day is a highlight for us – and we deliver your roses on time for the day of love.

Which Location is Ideal for Roses?
Roses like it bright, but not hot. Avoid direct sunlight and radiators. The best place is one with indirect light (e.g. east or west window).
Why Do Roses Wilt after Only one Day?
This is usually due to the quality. Our roses are freshly cut – please put them in water quickly and follow our care tips.
How Long Do Fresh Roses Last?
With good care, they remain beautiful for up to 7 days.
What Kind of Water Do Roses Need?
Simple fresh tap water is sufficient. Tip: 1 tsp of Javel per liter prolongs the shelf life.
How much Water Do Roses Need in the Vase?
The stems should be at least halfway in the water. Change the water every two days.
Do Roses Need Fertilizer?
No. Regular water changes and trimming are completely sufficient.
Which Vase is Best for Roses?
Bulbous vases with a lot of volume are ideal. Above all, it is important to: use a clean vase!
Cut Roses Correctly
When should I Cut Roses?
Every two days, when changing the water. This keeps the interface fresh and permeable.
How should I Cut Roses?
Use a sharp knife without serrations, no scissors or hammering. Cut at an angle, preferably directly under water.
Why Cut at an Angle?
The angled cut increases the water absorption area and prevents bacteria from forming.

Dry & Preserve Roses
How Can I Dry Roses?
- Air drying: Upside down in a dark room, 2 weeks
- With salt: Place roses in a container with salt – remove after 2–3 weeks
- With detergent: As with salt, but shake thoroughly – color remains strong
How Can I Preserve (Make Durable) Roses?
- Mix 50/50 with water
- Place freshly cut roses in it
- After 2–3 days they are preserved and durable
- Optional: Hairspray protects against dust

Where Do your Roses Come from?
Our roses come from Ecuador – from family farms at 3,000 m above sea level, where the climate and care ensure exceptional quality.
Which Roses Have the most Intense Fragrance?
Wild roses have the strongest fragrance, but are less durable. Fragrance and longevity are usually mutually exclusive.
