Keep Roses Fresh

Roses like it bright, but not hot. Avoid direct sunlight and radiators. The best place is one with indirect light (e.g. east or west window).

This is usually due to the quality. Our roses are freshly cut – please put them in water quickly and follow our care tips.

With good care, they remain beautiful for up to 7 days.

Simple fresh tap water is sufficient. Tip: 1 tsp of Javel per liter prolongs the shelf life.

The stems should be at least halfway in the water. Change the water every two days.

No. Regular water changes and trimming are completely sufficient.

Bulbous vases with a lot of volume are ideal. Above all, it is important to: use a clean vase!

Cut Roses Correctly

Every two days, when changing the water. This keeps the interface fresh and permeable.

Use a sharp knife without serrations, no scissors or hammering. Cut at an angle, preferably directly under water.

The angled cut increases the water absorption area and prevents bacteria from forming.

Give Roses as a Gift

Roses always fit – whether for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or just because. They stand for appreciation and feeling.

An odd number looks more elegant – originally a sign of exclusive quality and today a design tip for beautiful vase bouquets.

Dark pink roses stand for gratitude – ideal for reconciliation.

Red roses show love and passion. Better to avoid yellow, as they can be interpreted negatively in the relationship.

A mixture of red & white fits wonderfully – Christmassy and stylish.

Pink, pink and lavender roses look fresh, elegant and festive. White also fits perfectly.

Dry & Preserve Roses

Origin & Miscellaneous

Our roses come from Ecuador – from family farms at 3,000 m above sea level, where the climate and care ensure exceptional quality.

Wild roses have the strongest fragrance, but are less durable. Fragrance and longevity are usually mutually exclusive.
