Our general terms and conditions.

I confirm that all information is correct. I agree to the terms of sale.

If the recipient is absent, the postman will, if possible, leave the bouquet in front of the door at the customer’s risk or leave a note to pick up the package at the counter. The recipient is responsible for contacting SwissPost.

Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All customer orders on the Rosenboerse.ch website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Rosenbörse GmbH reserves the right to change its General Terms and Conditions at any time.

Purchase on account

You will receive the invoice free of charge by e-mail. By purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb), provided a valid e-mail address is available.

Assortment

The range offered on the Rosenbörse website can be changed at any time. In exceptional cases (resource scarcity), Rosenbörse reserves the right to deliver roses that differ slightly from those offered on the website.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs including 2.6% VAT. The prices are binding for the duration of the offer.

Order

The contract comes into effect when the customer clicks on the “order” button and “your order has been registered” appears on the Rosenboerse.ch website. From this point on, the order can no longer be canceled.

Shipping and Return Policies

Claims for damages can under no circumstances exceed the amount of the order.
The ordered goods will be sent to the specified delivery address of the recipient mentioned in the order.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

The flowers are sent with the Swiss-Express service of the post office. Or also by Rosenbörse GmbH staff.

No bouquets are delivered on Sundays and national and cantonal holidays.

Orders that reach Rosenbörse after 3 p.m. cannot be delivered the following day. The flowers will be delivered on the next possible delivery date.

If the delivery is delayed, this is not a reason for a complaint, refund or return.

The bouquets are delivered according to the general terms and conditions of Swiss-Express from Tuesday to Saturday between 07.00h-12.00h. Partly also by Rosenbörse GmbH staff.

Payment

Payment is made via the secure PAYPAL system, Six Group or TWINT, depending on the option selected.

Complaint Guidelines

Complaints regarding delivery or quality of the roses must be received by Rosenbörse in writing within 10 days. After this period, no complaints are possible.

Personal data

Rosenbörse undertakes not to pass on the personal data of customers to third parties.

Force Majeure

Rosenbörse is not liable for interruptions to its website, attacks by third parties. These events cannot be controlled or influenced by Rosenbörse.
