If the recipient is not there, the postman will, if possible, leave the bouquet outside the door at the customer's risk or leave a note to collect the package at the counter. The recipient is responsible for contacting SwissPost.
All customer orders on the Rosenboerse.ch website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Rosenbörse GmbH reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions at any time.
You will receive the invoice free of charge by email. By purchasing on account you accept the Terms and Conditions from POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb), provided a valid email address is provided.
The website of the Rosenbörse The range offered can be changed at any time. In exceptional cases (shortage of resources) the Rosenbörse reserves the right to deliver roses that differ slightly from those offered on the website.
All prices are in Swiss francs including 2,6% VAT. The prices are binding for the duration of the offer.
The contract comes into effect when the customer clicks on the “order” button and “your order has been registered” appears on the Rosenboerse.ch website. From this point on, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Claims for damages may under no circumstances exceed the amount of the order.
The ordered goods will be sent to the delivery address specified by the recipient mentioned in the order.
The purchaser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The flowers will be sent using the Swiss Express service of the Swiss Post. Or by staff of the Rosenbörse GmbH.
No bouquets are delivered on Sundays and national and cantonal holidays.
Orders that the Rosenbörse Orders received after 15pm cannot be delivered the following day. The flowers will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
If the delivery is delayed, this is not a reason for a complaint, refund or return.
The bouquets are delivered according to the general terms and conditions of Swiss-Express from Tuesday to Saturday between 07.00h-12.00h. Partly also by staff of the Rosenbörse GmbH.
Depending on the option chosen, payment is made via the secure PAYPAL system, Six Group or TWINT.
Complaints concerning delivery or quality of the roses must be submitted in writing within 10 days to Rosenbörse After this deadline, no complaints are possible.
The Rosenbörse undertakes not to pass on customers’ personal data to third parties.
The Rosenbörse is not liable for interruptions of its website, attacks by third parties. These events may be Rosenbörse neither controlled nor influenced.
